Cyndi specializes in INSPIRING COURAGE! She is a lover of people who comes along side others as a certified personal and professional coach. She helps them see the “Masterpiece” they are (Ephesians 2:10) and realize that they were made for greatness. She uses her own hilarious yet poignant personal stories to illustrate timeless and universal truths to motivate others.

Cyndi’s success has crossed boundaries from senior housing communities to education, ministry, customer service, and corporate America. She has spent over twenty years leading, coaching, teaching, and encouraging groups that range in size from 10 to 2500. Having been the keynote speaker for Women’s Retreats, Conferences, Churches, Future Business Leaders of America, and acted as the Master of Ceremony, she is poised to motivate.

Cyndi’s published works include, a customer service segment, “Stepping Outside the Box,” that teaches individuals how to move from, how I have always done it, to doing it a different way. A joint project, “Under One Umbrella: Surviving Relationship Storms, One Blog at a Time,” and is currently writing her first book, “Defining Moments,” that explores the moment after a significant event occurs in your life.
 
Cyndi graduated with her MA in Organizational Leadership from Evangel University, and has her green belt in Lean Six Sigma. She is an ordained minister who stepped out of vocational ministry to serve seniors as the Senior Executive Director for a Koelsch Community in Vancouver WA and serves on the Northwest Ministry Network’s Women’s Ministers team. Previously she served on the Directional Team at Evergreen Christian Community (ECC), Superintendent of Evergreen Christian School (ECS), and Associate Pastor at ECC. She resides in Southwest Washington with her husband Dennis, two cats, and eight wild horses. Her daughter currently lives in TX.
